Step 1.

Complete On-line Order Form Below
- Scroll down and read Order Process. Complete
Order Form and Select service you desire. You will receive a
confirmation page in your browser with a link to Step 2.
Complete our on-line request form on this page
and submit on-line.
Fax back a complete and signed copy of our
on-line Rental Agreement which can be printed from our site. This form should also have your credit card info printed
legibly so we can authorize the deposit. Also include a copy of a photo ID
such as a driver's license or passport - we recommend you make a legible
photocopy of your ID prior to faxing to ensure it will readable on our
fax. Our fax number is 1-404-671-9419.
Once we receive all of the above
information, we enter your reservation date into our system and your phone
is reserved. We ship the phone to you 2 business days prior to your request date
(next business day is available if necessary). Rental
period is calculated day after shipment through day received in
our warehouse.
After we receive your complete order
A $100 deposit per phone is obtained using your credit card information.
If additional options or advanced phone are requested, additional deposit may be charged as
noted on order form.
We reserve the equipment and arrange for shipment.
Phone number available when unit is shipped. You will receive a charged phone, charger, car
adapter, operating instructions and return pack/box.
The equipment is shipped via 2-business day or next-business day air and arrives at your location.
When you are ready to return the equipment, you ship it with the provided
return pack/box and take to a Fedex staffed location. Ify ou request Fedex
pickup, Fedex adds $10 - $15 to your return shipping charge If
you use your own shipping label, please send us an email with your return
tracking number.
Upon receipt of the equipment, we process the charge for your usage and
net against your deposit. Because we must wait for the carrier bill, final
invoicing and refunding of deposit typically occurs 2 to 6 weeks after we
receive the equipment, but may take as long as 90 days to obtain full usage.

Notes: Fedex provides the following guarantee or you
will receive a credit for the shipping cost via Fedex (excluding
weather delays): b. Next Business Day service will be
received by 10:30 am in cities (later in rural areas) and costs
$20 - (not available in all
areas). c. Second
Business Day service will be received by 7:30 pm and costs $10. If
you need your order to arrive prior to the Fedex's delivery time, you
should enter a date
that requests the phone to be delivered 1 day earlier.
Business days are Monday - Friday.
Orders
placed Monday through Friday must be received by 3:00 pm EST for same
day processing. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST may be
processed same-day but could
incur $15 late-shipping Fedex
surcharge (usually after 6 pm
EST). All shipping/handling charges are for a single
phone. Multiple
phone orders are charged
additional shipping at $5
per unit.
Expected

can be returned
using the original shipping box and return label provided at costs
listed above. You may use your own packaging and/or shipper but we
recommend you insure the shipment since you will be responsible for
any loss or damages and billed through date received in our
warehouse. Improper packing will incur additional
charges.

NOTES:
Minimum minutes are "pooled" for the rental
period which equals day after shipment through day
received.
For example: 7 day rental period on the $.75 plan would result in a minimum of 21
minutes usage billed. 7 day rental period on the $.50 plan
would result in a minimum of 140 minutes usage
billed. You can use these pooled minutes
anytime during the rental period. For use in Puerto Rico,
customer must select $1.25 a minute plan with no
minimum. Except for unlimited plan, SMS Text message rates $.20
for all domestic out and Free incoming, $.60 for outgoing
international.
Do
you need to call non-USA international numbers? NOTE: If you
do not select one of these plans and call
internationally, then you will be charged very
expensive rates of $1 to $5 a minute.

for incoming calls. Do
you desire a toll-free number for $.20 a minute
extra for incoming calls and to check messages.
Setup fee of $5 is charged to set up
forwarding. Incoming calls from Pay phones incur an
FCC mandated surcharge of $.30 per call.
Canada Option allows you to make
and receive calls from within Canada cities to
anywhere in Canada or USA for $1.25 a minute.
No additional Rental fee.
Puerto
Rico and US Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St.
Croix, St. John) Option allows you to make
and receive calls while traveling. Cost is
$3
a day plus rental fee above. Rate per minute
for incoming and outgoing calls is $1.50 for
Puerto Rico and $2.00 for US Virgin
Islands.
